CAN AND ALADIS’ CURRENT REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR TERRESTRIAL INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC BETWEEN MEMBER COUNTRIES ALLOWS THE GOODS TO BE TRANSPORTED UNDER CUSTOMS CONTROL, FROM AN OFFICE OF DEPARTURE TO AN OFFICE OF DESTINATION, EXEMPT FROM PAYING DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES WHILE CROSSING ONE OR MORE BORDERS.

PRECISELY, TO CONTRIBUTE IN THIS BORDER TRAFFIC OF GOODS, THE TAX ADMINISTRATION APPROVED THE NEW INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS PROCEDURE OF GOODS THROUGH THE RS No. 605-2010-SUNAT.

AMONGST OTHER THINGS, IN WHICH REFERS TO THE USE OF SAFETY SEALS, IT STATES THAT THE OFFICE OF DEPARTURE OR THE OFFICE OF TRANSIT WILL RECOGNIZE SAFETY SEALS PLACED BY THE OFFICE OF DEPARTURE OF OTHER COUNTRY EXCEPT THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED OR VIOLATED, IN WHICH CASE THEY’D FOLLOW INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ISSUED BY THE WORLD CUSTOMS ORGANIZATION.
